I think Lowell Kiesel met George Beauchamp (who died in 1940). I also think that Kiesel gave George the pick-up mounted in his famous single-cone "Presentation" National resonator guitar (the one given to him when he left National). Bob Brozman bought the guitar from Beauchamp's son Nolan years ago; all these men are gone now.
